E-Bench

Research project based on a student prototype developed in a MAKING course at Delft University of Technology. As part of the SeRaMCo research track at the university into secondary raw materials in concretes this development investigates the difference in heating and cooling of concrete and aluminum. The temperature difference is captured through peltiers elements and transformed into electrical power to drive led-lighting and smart phone charging.
